Contamination surface of customer tools will be easily remove and created a very fine surface for coating. Light surface roughness will increase the bonding of the coating and produce good adhesion.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
System
Come with a single tank ultrasonic and one rinsing tank is locally fabricated accordin ot the business segment that we are focusing. With ultrasonic wash, most of the tools will be clean after the process.
Pressure Pot Blasting Machine
Media brown aluminium oxide. 1.2 meter moulds and dies loading chamber.Sliding platform with turntable.Pressure from 0.5bar ~ 8bar.
Fast and easily remove the white layer on tools surface that have been generated by heat treatment, nitriding, wire cut and EDM.White layer will affect the coating adhesion. And also remove the hard coating that cannot be strip by the stripping chemical.
Glass Bead Blasting Machine
Media glass bead.Pressure 0.5bar ~ 5bar.Small unit for handling the dedicated/small tools.
Remove the white layer or tempering mark from the EDM process, wire cut, texturing process and heat treatment process. Remove plastic residue on the cavity bar and plastic moulds.
Stripping Machine
Chemical Hydrogen Peroxide.Customise unit to suit our stripping process. Temperature control with cooling water to prevent the burning of the chemical.Safety chemical dump.
To strip our coating when customer send back the parts for rework and recoating.
Reverse Osmosis Water System
500liters of RO water is on standby for tools cleaning process. Auto regeneration of the RO water.
To produce a clean water for the cleaning process.
Compressor
Two units of reliable compressor with efficient dryer.25HP and 40HP compressor with up to 8bar compressed air in a 2000liter receiver tank.
Suppling constant and efficient air for the equipment and all the blasting machines.
Rockwell Hardness Tester
To check the hardness of the coating.And to justify the adhesion of the coating.
Calo Tester
To grind the coated test piece and measure the coating thickness.
